The Exciting Transition from John Deere Property Center to John Operations Center
The Exciting Transition from John Deere Property Center to John Deere Operations Center
We are thrilled to announce an important update that will enhance your digital experience with John Deere. Starting February 26th, 2025, the "Property Center" name and experience will transition to "Operations Center." This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our digital applications and provide you with a more integrated and efficient experience.
Why the Change?
The transition to Operations Center is designed to simplify your digital interactions and deliver increased value. Over time, we've learned that our B2C customers prefer a mobile experience. By integrating Property Center functionality into Operations Center, we can offer you a seamless, accessible, and convenient digital experience through one John Deere account.
What Should I Expect?
Former Property Center users will enjoy an identical web experience within Operations Center. You'll be redirected to a simplified homepage with a new name, ensuring a smooth transition without any disruption. Your information will continue to integrate seamlessly with other digital tools, enhancing your operational efficiency.
Introducing Equipment Mobile: Your Primary Digital Tool
For our Small Property Owner and Rural Lifestyle customers, Equipment Mobile will become the go-to digital tool. This app allows you to set up, use, and maintain your equipment all in one place. Equipment Mobile brings value to you through parts diagrams for your machine, alerts for maintenance, diagnostic codes and more. Here are some of the features you can currently enjoy and those coming soon:

Stay Connected and Informed
We encourage you to share this update with your team and inform your customers about the transition. Customers will receive in-app messaging about the change and will not see any disruption in their experience. Additionally, integrating the download of Equipment Mobile and account creation into your sales process will ensure a smooth transition for all customers.
For any questions, please contact your local Riesterer & Schnell. We value your feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts on the transition and any features you'd like to see in future updates. Visit us at the Equipment Mobile Booth at the Precision Business Meeting to learn more.
Thank you for your continued support as we strive to enhance your digital experience with John Deere!
