No, this is not the tractor from the early ‘80s. The John Deere 4240 Universal Display is the newest display in the John Deere Gen. 4 lineup. Water and dust resistant, this display is ready and able to be used on an open station tractor. At $5,800, this entry level display offers AutoTrac and Documentation capabilities in the base price and has the ability to run Section Control with a yearly subscription.
This display will plug and play on John Deere 30 series and R series tractors as well as 70 series and S series combines. It will also partner with any AutoTrac Universal (ATU), including the new ATU 300.
This high resolution 8 inch touchscreen display is easy to set up with fully customizable run pages and easy shortcut keys.
