Riesterer & Schnell (R&S) is proud to sponsor degrees at Wisconsin Technical colleges for applicable degrees to launch your career as a Service Technician (i.e. Ag Equipment, Small Engine, Diesel Engine, etc.) Through a degree sponsorship with Riesterer & Schnell, students acquire the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the John Deere dealership of the future.
While attending school, students have a part-time position at Riesterer & Schnell so you can not only earn while you learn but, more importantly, apply the concepts you are learning in school to real-world situations. Your time at the dealership is spent performing technical work under the supervision of an experienced, John Deere Certified Service Technician.
