Lillian Feider, of New Holstein, was selected to receive one of two 2017 National FFA Scholarships sponsored by Riesterer & Schnell.
The scholarship is worth $2,000 toward the 2017-2018 academic school year.
Feider will graduate from New Holstein High School in May with a 4.0 GPA. She plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she will pursue a degree in Animal Science with the goal of one day becoming a veterinarian.
Feider is a member of the New Holstein High School FFA Chapter, and her advisor is Joe Heinbuch.
In her scholarship statement, Feider said, “It is a great honor to be chosen as a scholarship recipient for the National FFA. I have an appreciation for the businesses and organizations that support students like myself in furthering our education in agriculture.”
Feider is the daughter of Timothy and Angela Feider.
