Pound Retirement

On March 29th, Tom Fischer and Jerry Jensen both retired from our Riesterer & Schnell Pound location. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to our organization!

Tom Fischer, Service Manager

Congratulations to Tom Fischer, Service Manager at Riesterer & Schnell – Pound, on his retirement! Tom dedicated 15 years of his career to Riesterer & Schnell and served as an integral part of the service team both in Pound as well as company wide. Tom’s impact on the service team will be remembered fondly by all he worked with. Tom said that what he enjoyed most were the customer relationships he built and his work family – the time truly flew by! Tom and his wife look forward to traveling the country with their fifth wheel camper and have many trips already lined up. Happy retirement, Tom!

Jerry Jensen, Ag Service Technician

Jerry Jensen, Service Technician at Pound, retired after wrenching for his entire career. Jerry started with Riesterer & Schnell in 1998 but has been a Technician for 50 years. Jerry was the go-to guy on issues with older equipment and he enjoyed putting the customer first and found fulfillment in meeting their needs. When asked what his retirement plans are, Jerry said he’s not sure because wrenching is all he’s ever done! Enjoy retirement, Jerry!
